CECILIA GAGLIANO
I have always been fixated on the idea of a forever home as it holds so much importance in one’s life. Oprah Winfrey quoted, “I think that when you invite people to your home, you invite them to yourself.” Home is such an important place as it speaks to who you are. I take great pride in being able to help clients find that special place and achieve any and all homeownership goals.
My passion for real estate began in college where I worked with an architect and interior designer in the historic neighborhood of Georgetown located in Washington D.C. My time as her assistant really showed how much detail and work goes into making a perfect home. Whether you are buying, selling, designing, or investing in a property it is such a personal process that takes great care and responsibility.
After my time as her assistant I served as an advocacy lead for United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and interned in the field of International Relations. Once I graduated from George Mason University with a bachelors degree in Global Affairs, I began working at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates under the Political Diplomat. My time there allowed me to experience a different culture and meet so many influential people.
These experiences prepared me for a career in real estate as they taught me to uphold relationships with clients, to advocate on behalf of others, and the importance of being active in the community.
In 2022 I made the move to Nashville and fell in love with the charm of Music City.
When not working, you can find me walking around my neighborhood of Charlotte Park, admiring everything at Import Flowers, grabbing coffee at Barista Parlor (my favorite!!), hiking the beautiful scenic trails of Tennessee, and playing with my sweet Persian kitten Valentina.
I came to Nashville with the determination and passion to do real estate. Helping others navigate the buying and selling process as well as assisting in such a monumental decision brings me so much excitement and gratitude. I am so lucky to be doing it with such a great team and look forward to working with all of Nashville in their homeownership journey.
