Hi friends! My name is Liz and I am the owner + team lead of this amazing real estate team 🙂 I am what the Uber drivers call a unicorn as I am in fact a Nashville native!
Until I was five-years-old, I lived in a gorgeous (and pink) Victorian my mom renovated on Holly Street in East Nashville. She is still as breathtaking as ever + I drive-by anytime I’m in the neighborhood. Probably eating at Maru if I had to guess.
My first job out of college was managing a real estate team in Chattanooga. Learning the business aspects of real estate prior to obtaining my real estate license has been incredibly beneficial especially pertaining to contract knowledge. While working behind the scenes, I was supervising all contract terms, updating clients on various deadlines, connecting all necessary parties throughout the contract and maintaining poise while emotions began to run high.
After a year and a half with this team, I was homesick + ready to move back home to Nashville. A sorority sister connected me with an agent very involved in the high rise condo world which I knew nothing about so I jumped right in eager to learn a brand new type of market. Working with him was eye-opening and educational so barely even six months into joining forces I had a shiny, new real estate license to call my own in 2013!
Since a career in real estate had clearly taken hold of me, it was only natural that I purchased my first home at Werthan Lofts in Germantown at the beginning of 2015. Between the exposed brick, limestone + concrete floors, I was absolutely smitten! The feeling of being a homeowner is something so powerful + hard to explain. As if I didn’t have a passion before my personal purchase, it was now my mission to assist as many people as possible to obtain their own little slice of Heaven.
After four years of working as a solo Realtor, I was so excited to begin a team of my own. I knew that I wanted to work with kind, client-centric people and if I didn’t find the two absolutely best in the world!
